Crispy Chicken Pakoda

1- teaspoon red chili powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

5 to 7 curry leaves

1 tablespoon gram flour

1 tbsp corn flour salt to taste oil as required

1 egg

300 grams chicken, boneless

2 green chillies, cut lengthwise

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Step 1: Cut chicken into pieces

To make Chicken Pakora Recipe, first take 300 grams of boneless chicken, and cut these chicken pieces into small pieces so that they do not take much time to cook. Now put these chicken pieces in a bowl and keep it aside. Now to make these chicken pieces spicy, we will prepare the masala in a mixer jar.

Step 2: Prepare the Masala

To prepare the masala, put two to three green chillies, one inch piece of ginger and 4 to 5 garlic cloves in a small jar. Pour half the water on top, close the jar and prepare a paste by grinding it finely.

Now we will put this paste on the chicken pieces. Now add half teaspoon salt, half teaspoon red chili powder, half teaspoon turmeric, one teaspoon oil and squeeze half lemon and mix it well with the help of hands.

Keep it covered for 15 to 20 minutes. After about 20 minutes, the remaining spices will be added to it, for which one spoon whole green coriander, half spoon celery, half spoon Kasuri methi, one spoon chilli flakes, half spoon garam masala powder and finely chopped green coriander will be added. Now add one long chopped onion and mix it well with the help of hands.

Using onion with chicken pakora directly doubles its taste. Now we will break a raw egg into it, add one spoon of gram flour on it, add one spoon of cornflour to it, now mix everything well.

Masala for Resturent Style Chicken Pakora Recipe is ready, now we have to fry this masala in oil, giving it the shape of pakora.

Step 3: Fry Chicken Pakora

To fry chicken pakora, pour 2 cups of oil in a pan and heat it on high flame, and reduce the gas flame to medium. Now we will fry the chicken pakora on this medium flame.

In hot oil, three to four pieces of chicken masala will be picked up by hand and put in the pan, which will take the form of pakodas. We will turn them upside down and fry them well from both the sides, they should be fried on medium flame only so that the chicken gets completely cooked from inside. It will take 3 to 4 minutes to fry the chicken pakora. Now when their color becomes light golden, take them out of the pan and keep them on a dry paper. Similarly, fry all the pakodas in oil.
