Step 1: Method to make Pani Puri
To make Puri in Pani Puri Recipe, first add semolina, flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl and mix well. Now add lukewarm water to it and knead a tight dough. Cover the dough with a cloth and leave it for 15 minutes.
Now take a big ball of dough and roll it well into a round shape. Now with the help of a glass, cut small round shapes from this big round roti shape.

To make chutney, first put 2 cups of jaggery in a pan and melt it well. Now add one cup tamarind without the middle, salt as per taste, red chilli powder and 1 pinch of black salt.
Mix everything well and cook it on gas until it starts boiling.
When it boils, add roasted cumin powder and crushed fennel and mix. Cook it for 1 to 2 minutes until it thickens and turn off the gas. Chutney is ready.
Step 4: Method to make Pani Puri water
To make water, first wash coriander and mint leaves thoroughly. Wash ginger and green chillies also.
Now put green coriander, mint and ginger in a small jar, now add 1 cup of water and juice of one fundu on top and grind it into a fine mixture.
